Is there a free plan?
Yes. Buyers, sellers, FSBO sellers, and consumers all have free tiers. Agents can start as a Launch Partner with full platform access at $0.
What are AI credits?
AI credits power your AI assistants, content generation, property analysis, and automation tools. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; higher tiers include more credits.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. Annual plans are prorated.
What is the referral fee?
The referral fee applies only to Houszu-sourced leads — leads we generate through our lead flow partners, advertising, or platform opportunities. Your own pipeline is always 100% yours.
Do you offer team or brokerage plans?
